Midland Kitchen Addition - Montclair, NJ
A New Deck & Kitchen Addition were added onto the back of this classic Montclair Home. The kitchen takes over the back half of the house with a large U-shape for ample counter space and storage. The kitchen is outfitted in Blueberry Starmark Cabinetry, Brass plumbing fixtures, farmhouse sink and honey bronze hardware. Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances can be seen at either end of the kitchen, where we have a beautiful stand-alone hood with sconces and a full cabinetry wall with fridge and wall oven. One of the great things about this kitchen is that it has no upper cabinetry but with a full perimeter and large island there is plenty of room. In addition to the kitchen and deck, we remodeled the once enclosed staircase giving it a modern update leading to two new 3rd floor rooms utilized for an office and playroom.

Woodland Rd Master Suite Addition - New Providence, NJ
One hope in the addition to this home was for a large master bedroom and walk-in closets, now this space is functional and private. The large master bathroom has a double vanity, one side with a sink and the other dedicated for a makeup area. This couple opted for a tall linen cabinet to store bathroom accessories and on the opposite wall they have a large walk in shower with bench and a drop-in tub and deck, fully tiled surround. They have two closets outfitted in Canary closet solutions for a simple walk-in closet space and a cozy corner with natural light for the perfect home office set up.

A transitional kitchen space that has warm wood tones with the modern Repose Gray island cabinets. The range is a center piece in this space, highlighting the gold tones that are pulled in throughout the layout. This kitchen was in a back corner of the house, but we pulled it out and into the front, making it the heart of the home and connecting it to the adjoining dining space. The large island is perfect for cooking and entertaining and the kitchen is certainly decked out in all necessary gadgets and storage solutions!
