Upstairs Bath Reconfiguration - the awkward layout didnt work for this growing family in Randolph, NJ. High on the wish list was a large vanity and lots of natural light, a spacious open concept bathroom. Relocating and rearranging all of the plumbing fixtures in this bathroom was a challange with a finsihed kitchen below. To make it even more of a challange for our team the back 3' of the bathrooom is cantilevered. The new layout with rotating the tub to the far wall provided the space for the large vanity and flooded with light by addiung the transome window in the shower. Large master bathroom started out with an awkward layout of two vanities completely disconnected from one another. We created a double vanity so they could live on the same wall and used the extra space on the adjacent wall for the linen cabinet. The wet room remained in the same spot but we built out a new curbless shower with floating bench and raindhead and completed the bathroom with a freee standing tub with a feature wall. Spacious South Orange bathroom has room for a large shower, free-standing bathtub, wet room, double vanity and linen cabinets. This white bathroom has a large custom, curbless shower with a large stone bench and rainhead with a free-standing Bain Ultra bathtub fit for this client. The wet room remains the same but we reconfigured the vantiy so that the sinks sit on the same wall with pull-outs for hair accessories complete with outlets inside as well as electrical medicine cabinets.
